So far, I have had a positive experience. Most issues that we had while setting it up were resolved quickly.

Pros:

I really Loved the ease of use, mobile access, and how simple it made payroll processing. Payroll was the biggest bonus for me.

Cons:

I had some concerns while setting up our PTO and Sick Leave. I wasn't quite sure how to set it up, but I was able to get customer service to help me out.

Specifically, RUN provided a straightforward, intuitive platform that allowed us to process payroll accurately and on time while accommodating the complexities of our workforce, including hourly employees, salaried staff, and job-costed labor. We also appreciated ADP’s strong customer support and compliance expertise, which were particularly valuable in a regulated, multi-job environment such as construction. Cons:

Visually, the interface is more basic and corporate compared to my previous provider. My former payroll system had a brighter, more modern design that felt inviting and intuitive. ADP’s interface is clean and functional, but less visually engaging. Additionally, activating the automatic payroll feature requires involvement from another team rather than allowing the account holder to toggle it independently. My previous provider allowed users to activate or deactivate automatic payroll themselves, so ADP’s process feels like an unnecessary extra step.

Good Platform

good platform the reports functions are stupendous! I use that particular feature quite a bit. I would love to expand the platform to other areas in the future as budgets allow.

I like the ease of use and the virtual assistant for easy questions. Customer support is very accommodating. I love the tracking for PTO and sick time.

Cons:

We pay on a live week schedule and our days are only 7.5 hours so I wish we could get to where we can change things in real time. would love a real time option at some point or a way to cross over so that mistakes could be dealt with in real time without my employees losing a pay week. It may be possible if we do an extra pay run outside of the usual schedule, but I am unsure of pricing for such an endeavor.

Complete Payroll Services=Run Powered by ADP

Our overall experience has been A+. We believe it saves us hours and hours of time by generating payroll, educating us on new laws and trends, producing needed reports for tax purposes and other government programs that the cost is well worth it. Very good value for cost.

Run Powered by ADP's customer service is outstanding allowing me to call with questions 24/7. I always get a real person to help me. A chat feature is available but I prefer the former. The website is easy to use and navigate with needed tax report available on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. ADP offers great webinars on current trends in law and business practices. One can watch live or later on a recorded copy of the webinar.

Cons:

During very busy times, there can be a long wait to get to a customer service representative. Once the rep comes on-line, all questions are answered with patience in a clear and patient manner.

ADP was the most impressive company we looked into in terms of service and the variety of reports and features offered. The sales rep who worked with us was extremely knowledgeable, personable and convinced us that ADP was the best company in which to employ. We have not regretted our decision for one minute.

Gets the job done right, the first time.

I've been with ADP for almost a decade and so far no major issues have arisen, and minor problems are resolved quickly. It was easy to set up and little tweaks and improvements keep making it better.

Run is easy to use and seldom has bugs or issues. ADP support is always there to help me if I get stuck or find an undocumented feature. While the price is high, I simply don't have the common issues my friends seem to experience using other systems for payroll.

Cons:

While I'm not impressed with the cost, the adage time is money probably applies well. There are much cheaper options, but the positive reviews are just not there.

I like how easy it is to log in, employees can update their own info alleviating my liability for accuracy. I've been using Run by ADP for almost 15 years and I've never had an issue! Jump in and use ADP -- other sources I've tried weren't nearly as helpful or easy. Chat function is helpful as well as getting a real person on the line!

Cons:

I haven't had any issues. I don't know why this requires to have 100 characters -- if there are no issues, there's no issue.
