ADP TotalSource is a full-service professional employment organization (PEO) that provides dedicated, hands-on expert guidance along with user-friendly technology. Reliable HR platform with a learning curve

my experience is been positive, especially for handling payroll and compliance in one system. It does reduces manual work and keeps all processes consistent, but it also does require little patience to learn. but Once the everything is set up, it work smoothly and supports operations well.

Maybe ADP needs to listen to clients and fix problems

Fair - I have been a ADP total source client for 15 years now. Instead of getting better the overall service went down in quality. I constantly have to audit the work product. Also, due to ADP negligence I have surfaced numerous federal tax errors on government programs...
