    Pros:
    I can see problems and take action immediately - I can actually just respond then and there. Or, I can take a deep breath and look at the insights, and think about future people strategy.
    Cons:
    It's the most expensive we trialled. But you get what you pay for. Also, we really needed to commit to use it. Without management buy in these tools are of less value
