The customer service is outstanding! Each company has a representative that is always willing and ready to help. With my interactions with them, they have been very friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons:
We have used Justworks for just about everything except for our timesheet system. While they do have one (and we use it for hourly workers), the services we offer make it that out timesheet system has to have certain specifications that Justworks currently does not meet.

After using Justworks for more than 2 years, I was very satisfied about the product and the features. Hands down for the simplicity of the features and no major issues found. However, I would have hoped that there are advanced functions and integrations to make our structure more efficient cohesive, like time-tracking integration.

Easy to use and despite us being a really small company, we received really great support across all the various teams we interacted with: tax, benefits, health, sales, success, support, etc. White glove service and a very straightforward product.
Cons:
I don't think there is anything I like least about Justworks. Previously they didn't offer global employee support, and once they added it we couldn't move to it because there weren't great local health plan options.
