Lumus360 feedback tool provides the ability for users to:
- Bulk upload participants and responders' details (names and email addresses), using a CSV file.
- Chase participants who have not completed their self-report – this is carried out this action on multiple occasions (automated).
- Send out invitations and e-mails to feedback responders (automated).
- Chase (politely) feedback responders who have not provided feedback.
- Deal with all bounce-back emails, by informing participants.
- Inform you of the progress of the survey, and any problem areas that require decisions to be made.
- Bulk download the final reports at the click of a button.
