Additionally, they have space to talk freely about the goals to be achieved and they can go back to the assessment results in Ostendi, e.g. from last year.An advantage of Ostendi is that you can ask specific questions, which are truly important for your organization. The estetic of ostendi is really nice and I this platform itself is really intuitive. Cons: I think it is the fact that when emloyee do the 360 survey, they cannot add more people and becouse of that sometime there is need to help them by administration. Additinally, maybe import and creating their own profiles could be more automatic. Logging by "forgeting password" isn't the easiest way for emloyees.
