We360.ai is a great tool for freelancing.

The major problem I was facing was , My freelancers took a long time to deliver projects and I was loosing on a lot of time. And my profits were also minimal. Now , by using We360.ai , my freelancing has been streamlined , I am easily able to deliver projects on time and all in all it saved me a lot of money. 10/10 I would recommend We360.ai to any freelancer who is struggling to deliver projects and wants something to streamline with the help of good technology and smooth UI.

I absolutely adore the way We360.ai can work for freelancers. I am usually using We360.ai to monitor and control all the work I delegate to freelancing work. The time tracking tool from We360.ai is very helpful for me as it has helped me know where my team’s time is getting wasted. I can easily identify the weak links in my work and was able to ultimately save a lot of my time. Application tracking of we360.ai also proved to be very useful as I was able to identify anomalous application my employees were using. Ultimately a life saver.

Cons:

I wish We360.ai came with a mobile application for iOS as it would be very helpful to track employees on the go. But rest assured their web app is very responsive and helps a lot in m day to day activites.

Helped me Streamline my Business

I have more than 100 employees working under me. It is difficult to find those who work less and stay ideal. Checking each employee’s work everyday is almost impossible. We360.ai’s time tracking gave me a metric to evaluate every employee from my laptop.

we360.ai has a very nice time tracker that is not so harassing as its competitors. It is better fit for development work. There are pretty good stats for time use and ideal time. These stats helped me a lot in increasing the productivity of my team. For instance, In an 8 hour working shift, if an employee has 3hr of ideal time, it is clear that that employee can utilize his/her time better. This is one of the many examples I can give how we360.ai’s features help my business.

Cons:

If the time tracking feature could be viewed in more graphical manner.

Very Unsupportive Service

I would says Worst is a very small word to describe. There is no proper person to reach out. the CSE are not able to understand things and give a proper solution. For over 3 months our employee is not able to login and use the attendance . Every month we are paying him salary on assumption. You can understand how worst is the situation. And when ever we try to reach out People we are not willing to understand the situation and give solution. But they keep talking like a parrot and are not willing to resolve the issue. In my todays call - one of the Customer Support Executive [sensitive content hidden] told me if you are not liking our product you can go with the competitor product. We don't care . We360 are like this people only. I think the [sensitive content hidden] is managing things with freshers and people who have no customer service experience. Not a great experience.

We are facing a very pathetic support services from we 360. There customer Support Executive are very rude, their language is worst .they do not treat Customer as Customer. They are not keen to understand customer issue. however go with there rude replies The product is also not great. ONLY benefit is you can see snapshot. That also is not friendly .. you cannot EXPAND and Navigate and move to next page It also does not gives any alert on low attendance and productivity. Something you can see is screen and guess yourself Manual work is more on collating the attendance of all employees. Threat to individual Privacy

1-They have upgraded the version but not willing to provide support on installation and fixing the issue 2- There customer support response system is so worst that for 4 to 5 days they will not revert . and by the time you will forgot the issue 3- every time new CSE will come and you have narrate the story like Ramayan and Mahabharat again and again 4- The CSE do not care about the customer they are very rude . For them nothing matters even if they loose a customer 5- There is no proper Escalation Matrix . If you are prepaid customer and paid for whole year your Life is done. You can not ask them any thing. We are the customer for 2 + yrs now 6. Every month one new person will send a email. You cannot track who will address the issue to. You can imagine for one our employee we are paying him salary only based on assumption that he is working Half the time it Log-out issue Half the time screenshot or Snapshot not captured properly et.c

Perfect tool to get insights on Employee Productivity

One of the best features of We360.ai is the productivity. The feature helped me to identify the productive and unproductive employee based on his on screen activity. In this Productivity feature you can mark a particular app or webpage as productive and unproductive. To add on to this with the Domain blocking feature one can even block particular domain which is not productive for the employee.

Cons:

If We360.ai could include the push notification feature when the productivity of particular employee is going down, then this will be good add-on. Overall the product is amazing.

Good for tracking and measuring productivity after pandemic

We were unable to track the productivity rates as it is our monthly routine and since it had been going down, it became important to keep a regular track and check on the same, which was made possible by We360.ai.

Since the pandemic and the whole work from home, we could see the productivity going down but the whole procedure of measuring the productivity of an office and an individual employee is tedious. We360.ai has helped in simplifying that because it has a feature of ‘measuring productivity’, which does exactly what it says. It has helped us a lot in keeping track of the ups and downs that we are facing in our business.

Cons:

An addition of the tips feature can prove to be helpful as then whenever the productivity of a particular employee is going down, that feature should give them tips as notifications to remind them how they can boost their productivity.

Monitor activity by capturing screenshots and analyze the time spent on the application and Keep track of breaks taken by employees and assess their performance

Cons:

The Myzen app, developed in Electron, is quite resource-intensive, resulting in high CPU usage.

Very good tool and statistics to optimize team deficiencies.

I am very grateful to the creators of we360.ai because it brings the ability to monitor my team amazingly, manually evaluating it is tiring when you have many employees, this pandemic has been difficult with all the service and sales rates declining, I can have better accuracy where to improve.
