About EQS Integrity Line

EQS Integrity Line is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software designed to help businesses of all sizes anonymously report incidents and manage cases. Administrators can filter cases based on a status or country, extract metadata and visualize data across key productivity indicators (KPIs).

The platform enables managers to secure data in accordance with ISO 27001 and general data protection regulation (GDPR) compliance protocols. EQS Integrity Line allows teams to translate reports in multiple languages and gain insights into real-time case-related statistics on a centralized dashboard. Additionally, operators can manually add cases and receive reminders regarding pending actions to handle issues.

EQS Integrity Line lets stakeholders configure role-based access permissions for staff members and securely sign in via single sign-on (SSO). Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email, FAQs and knowledge base.

EQS integrity line: a valuable compliance gate-keeper

years of compliance maintenance on a very well regulated base without surprises. Good information policy top-down. A little less information channelling bottom-up.

security, safety, good role modelling, clear and simple rules, functionality and self-explainig software

Cons:

no automatic restart after the end of BKMS business keeper. Difficult login in case of questions instead of a simple customer recognition.

Solution simple et efficace de traitement des signalements avec un canal sécurisé d'échanges d'informations avec les lanceurs d'alertes. Mise en oeuvre facile et paramétrage pouvant être directement réalisé par des experts métiers sans assistance technique informatique particulière. Le service support est toujours présent et réactif aux demandes.

Cons:

Pour les grands groupes internationaux devant gérer des organisations complexes, il serait intéressant d'avoir la possibilité de gérer des administrateurs par entités/filiales distinctes.

Respect des réglementations (Sapin 2, RGPD, anonymat, etc.) Simplicité (d'utilisation, de déploiement) Ergonomie et customisation Efficacité (éviter les fausses alertes)

Cons:

Avant d'archiver un dossier, il faut l'anonymiser. Le modus operandi était un peu lourd mais EQS réalise un travail afin de simplifier la tâche.
