About TME Inventory Management
Our integrated TME Inventory Management solution tracks equipment, supply and replacement levels, suppliers, spare parts, tools, or any asset. By electronically managing receipt and consumption of your inventory, you’ll have accurate and timely information at your fingertips. Accurately managing your inventory allows for increased turnover, lower stock levels and greater uptime with lower “out of stocks”, driving an immediate ROI. Effectively tracking and managing your assets allows for increased compliance with corporate and government mandates, effective usage and lower costs. MASS Group’s inventory solution can be used to track usage of raw materials and components, associating them to production runs, lots, or discrete products for traceability and genealogy reporting, down to a serialized level. Track and attribute consumed raw materials to work center, job, product, and/or lot. Record and report on specific materials and components used to calculate costs and efficiencies.

Because we were already using it for asset tracking and we knew how to use it and it worked well for us.
Reasons for switching to TME Inventory Management
Our obsolete version of WASP crashed with a Window update and it was decided that since we were using TME for Asset tracking, we should take advantage of the inventory tracking function.

TME Inventory Management - Seamless integration with TME CMMS

TME Inventory management allows us to quickly assess inventory status and gain an understanding of where parts are being consumed. Tracking where spare parts are consumed provides better insight into equipment failures. We can assess how long since the last part was changed, and understand if a given tool is subject to more frequent parts consumption. I'd also like to give a heartfelt thanks for the team at MASS Group. When we transitioned to TME Inventory Management they supported a customize upload process, and provided good feedback on how we should configure our data to take advantage of TME features. The MASS group team has consistently provided excellent support for both the TME Inventory Management and TME CMMS software packages

We can easily generate new batch numbers upon material receipt and track its consumption and relocation in the inventory management module. We get emails informing us on what is past its safety stock limits so we have visibility on inventory.

Tracking of Spare parts needed to support an fast pace production environment, where time to repair is critical, is paramount and was effectively addressed with TME Software.
