About Animalo

Animalo is a cloud-based pet boarding and daycare management solution designed to help facilities and pet hotels book appointments and send confirmation messages to clients. Features include custom email notifications, payment processing, booking list and widget.

The application enables employees to track available slots, view pricing information and sell extra services such as walk, taxi or training sessions. Using the dashboard, caretakers can record incoming/outgoing pets and view current reservations and booked spots via the calendar. Animalo also helps facilities create business accounts, configure invoice and pricing details and set up opening hours.

The solution offers integration with QuickBooks, helping owners manage customer details and handle receipts, invoices and payments. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Animalo is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via email, chat and documentation.

Excellent planning tool

As stated before. There is an ease of use and a swiftness in response from the program that really suits my needs. I've used the program on my computer, my iPad, my phone and all of them give immediate feedback with the most recent information. I personally love the iPad view which helps me be mobile as well as give my customers a feel that no other pet hotel owner can. The few times that I've had to appeal for support was dealt with swiftly and accurately. No question has been left unanswered. Better yet, they've gone further than expected on several occasions giving me more than what I asked for.

Pros:

The ease of use is amazing. It's intuitive and very user friendly. The colors are pleasing to the eyes and really help to find your way. It's made for my business with understanding of the rules and regulations. I use is daily to book and check on occupancy. The dashboard helps me follow-up on what's coming in and what's going out. I have a view on who's paid and who still needs to pay. Multi-language contracts are easy to setup and personalize which is a big help. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better program to suit my needs.

Cons:

It needs to develop a larger audience so that customers can quickly chose between the pet hotels with availability. A service like in the hotel business with booking.com would be ideal. I understand that this is a goal so I'm confident we'll be seeing this happen sooner rather than later.

Reasons for switching to Animalo

excel was an ok option, but it really took me a long time to plan and follow up. We had a paper planning which was at times not filled out correctly. This is a thing of the past. contracts respect the planning which wasn't always the case in the past. Several mistakes in pricing were made which are all impossible now.

Animalo for UK small business. Day Care & Home Boarding of Dogs

Very Very good , i trial several soft wear systems before choosing Animalo they were by far the easiest to use and supportive. im not great with technology so they have been really patient and that appreciated. would very much recommend to all.

Ease of use, Customer Service, willingness to help the end user.

Cons:

I don't really have any dislikes, and they are improving it all the time, so if i come across anything that is not quite working for me they look at it and try and develop a fix.
