A chatbot in seconds

This tool is very easy to use and allowed me to create a chatbot from scratch in a matter of seconds without knowing anything about programming.

Pros:

I really liked how easy their chatbot builder is to use, I was able to create my own chatbot in a matter of seconds with no programming experience required.

Cons:

One of the aspects that I liked the least was the limitation in the customization of the chatbots. Although the tool comes with several predefined chatbot layouts and configurations, I felt that there was not enough scope to customize the chatbot to my liking.

Super handy for pre-screening candidates

We used WotNot Chatbot to screen the candidates, We ask some of the basic questions to test the candidate knowledge with different input controls like text, buttons. This helps us to know more about the candidate and we can easily make the decision if he is a good fit for the open job position that we have.

It is very easy to use as no coding is required in order to build the bots, changing the flow of the bot is very easy with the drag and drop feature. It provides good dashboard analytics to keep track of how the bot is performing.

Cons:

Feature to send outbound SMS/ Whatsapp messages to send a reminder to candidates would be a great addition to our use case.

Pros:

Undoubtedly, it has to be the ease of use. The user interface and the experience in building bots, or looking at the KPIs are the most superior selling points of this product.

Cons:

Honestly, not a big deal but an expanded list of native integrations to Zapier. But I’m sure that they will implement it pretty soon, given their super fast deployments.
