It allows users to deliver targeted or self-learning experiences by uploading existing e-learning catalogs or creating custom courses using Adapt, Articulate Rise, gomo, iSpring and more.

Features of Civica Learning include customizable branding, microlearning, single sign-on, social learning, event creation, skill identification and more. It provides continuing professional development (CPD) solutions, which lets users review or audit CPD activities, upload evidence such as completion certificates, send communication or reminders on deadlines, improving the overall learning experience.

Civica Learning comes with an application programming interface, which allows businesses to integrate it with several third-party platforms such as WebEx, Stripe, GoToMeeting, PayPal, Google Hangouts, e-commerce portals and more. Decent LMS Partner

It is allowing us to collect a great amount of resources spread across multiple systems to a single point of access to simplify the user experience for our customers.

Pros:

Agylia is a decently featured LMS with good usability. Support in my experience has been very good including upgrade/enhancement requests.

Cons:

Documentation is a bit weak. There are a few features that are missing that I have seen in other systems such as the ability to set a course as a prerequisite to another course even when they are not in the same curriculum.
