Udemy it’s simply amazing, as a person who loves to learn, I use udemy every time I’m interested in learning about a new software or whatever it is, because udemy will have an amazing course about anything!

Cons:

Some classes are expensive and not good at all, the certificates should be able to give you more recognition. The should really filter who can give classes.

One notable advantage is it's deep analytics tool that enable us download reports for each of enrolled employee that provide a detailed overview of our activities ie courses we have registered, completed courses and how we engage with instructors. These insights also give insights on the weaknesses and strength of each of the team member and divide skills into proficiency levels. Udemy offer a wide selection of courses ensuring that everyone finds what they need. Udemy provide us with qualified trainers that arm us with valuable knowledge through Q&As and meaningful interactions that help guide us through the learning materials. Udemy also provided us with a consultant that inform us of updates, curate a curriculum that fit our organisation , check out assessments and ensure a seamless and fruitful learning experience. Lastly Udemy offers courses in multiple language so everyone can access these resources

Cons:

Honestly, I don't have anything against Udemy Business. I have had an exceptional experience with Udemy. It is an affordable pool of training and learning resources that help upskill and reskill to fit the demand of fast paced work environment

Still needs work

It was ok this still has a long way to go for this platform. The regular udemy is good but you did me. Business needs to offer a lot more or people aren't even going to look at it

Different options and giving some business options makes things little better but overall the options are ok

Cons:

Still needs better pricing. The pricing options for this still need a ton of work. There needs to be some type of lower pricing or much bigger benefits.

This is a must for all companies. has a huge variety of courses, so it’s easy to find training for almost any skill—technical, business, or personal development. The platform is easy to use, and I like that you can learn at your own pace with video lessons and downloadable resources. I use udemy all the time and i love it. I use it for my own personal ecommerce business and with the company I work for.

Cons:

Some courses can be hit or miss in terms of quality, and not every instructor is equally engaging. Sometimes it’s hard to know which courses are the most up-to-date, and a few topics may have less depth than you’d find in a full certification program.

I like the fact that you have access to Free and Paid Trainings. SO its perfect for a student wanting to skill up while still studying.

Cons:

The search feature of the Website, is a little funny. Funny in the sense of when you do a specific Name / Word or Topic search. Your results will never be the same. This causes you to spend far to much time simply by picking which courses you want to complete first.

Cons:

I like best its customer service commitment, but it is additionally famous for all ways and means to manage courses, particularly its customizing features for groups and individuals, assign tasks and tests. Its user friendly dashboard offers full insights and analytics about how courses develop, namely reports on courses, skills, tests and labs.

Cons:

In fact, I do not have enough to go against Udemy Business except for the issue of accreditation and course content, I sometimes feel that they are less careful when it comes to instructors, anyone can be an instructor on Udemy, and this might limit the quality of courses.
