Comprehensive and flexible lending system

We are using it daily to issue, service and collect SME loans. Since we are startup and out products are constantly changing flexibility is important to us. So FTM has been a gamechanger for us. Every time we have an issue the FTM team swiftly reacts and has created the features or tweaks that we need.

Pros:

Fintech market is 360 degrees system starting from loan origination to debt collection. It provides high flexibility to configure different lending products, how and when to send out communications, how to connect payments to lending accounts etc. It is very powerful system.

Cons:

There could be more predefined analytic and flow templates.

Reasons for choosing Fintech Market Core System

The flexibility for us is crucial. Since FTM has flow system with actions (like BPMN) we can define our lending process like we need. Also team is very helpful.

Sophisticated loan management system

Our overall experience has been very positive. The onboarding team was extremely helpful and the support team has carried that forward. The system is flexible, scalable, and comprehensive and our users are very happy to be working in FTM.

Pros:

FTM gives our Loans business everything we need to manage our loans. The support to get us set up and migrated was excellent. The solution is very flexible and in the few instances where the system did not meet our needs, FTM has added functionality. It is saving our Loans team significant time and provides an excellent platform for us to scale our business.

Cons:

The sophistication and flexibility of the system means that it does take some training to get to grips with. But FTM provided us with excellent personal training, and the documentation guides are very good. Even our team members who are not particularly strong systems-wise are now comfortably using the system.

Reasons for choosing Fintech Market Core System

FTM provided the full set of functionality we required, with a simple enough UI, at the right price point. We also wanted a supplier who could serve the UK market and offered excellent support.

FTM platform review

what i like the best is that for every product, for every appplication we know exactly where the Customer got stuck and what was the Decision Engine result. we configure automated messages to go our in minutes, adapt or change them if needed. without any need of software developers or IT. any normal person with some excel skills can operate FTM within days.i run customer service, debt collections and customer onboarding on FTM and training employees to use FTM is way simpler than on many previous platforms i used.

Pros:

Building a financial product customer flow, onboarding, and then managing the product - is never easy or simple. but FTM platform allows a Company to build a product in days, have very configurable and transparent flows and has very clear data structures - so there is tons of data about every step, which is also very easy to query for analysis.

Cons:

cannot really put any cons that are specific to FTM. building flows does take time, but this goes for every platform.

Reasons for switching to Fintech Market Core System

i worked with FTM on several companies and the main benefit - we can run the product faster and better with 5 configurators instead of having a 40 programmers.

The team is smart and responsive. They will understand your business case and onboard you with utmost care. The tech is better than what I've reviewed with competing systems as it delivers on all their promises. They do no overpromise, they just deliver. Continuous improvements keep improving the system over the years.

Cons:

Can be a steep learning curve to learn to use. You need to make sure to have a super user in your organization who can use it.

Database is very clean and thought through + every development we need, we have gotten so far.

Cons:

If you don't have good product configurators I can imagine, that the system will be not functioning the best. So make sure you have good person managing FTM and then you will be happy with FTM.

Lending system with good support and many critical features

Overall experience is very good, systems are vast and new features are being continuously added every week. Support is quick to answer and always helpful.

Pros:

Managing and integrating workflows has been made really simple. Configuring variables and third party apps takes little time and documentation is in most cases clear and understandable.

Cons:

Ease of deployment could be improved since currently importing workflows from test environment to production is not possible.
