About iStaffRota

iStaffRota is a cloud-based home health care management solution, which helps domiciliary care agencies of all sizes manage workers and create care plans and schedules on a centralized platform. Features include timesheets, invoice processing, payroll, employee profile creation, mileage computation and push notifications.

The application enables managers to automate rosters and set up shifts according to staff's availability. Clients can use personal portals to view caretaker's schedule and reports of visits and provide feedback. iStaffRota lets staff members clock-in/out, receive work details and notifications when a job is available in real-time. It also allows users to record and maintain care assessments and visit notes and submit incident reports to supervisors.

iStaffRota is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via documentation, phone or online measures. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android.

We receive great customer service from the service, the system is easy of use, very affordable, Families of service users have access and real-time visit notes and medication reports. we are able to use it for complex scheduling of shifts. A truly bespoke system that serves our purpose. We receive quick response to queries from the team.
Cons:
None yet, looking forward to the possibility of linking with other systems. Maybe its available but we haven't had the need for it yet.

It was not a flexible system that met the needs of the company.

most of the things that i needed were tailor made for me and additional functions are developed on request so what i did not like was rectified

I really like the end to end process included in this software. I can set up a hundred shifts in advance then the software will help me to track: Bookings, No Shows, cancellation... This software also helps me to generate timesheets and clients' invoices in one click. The process to invoice my clients and pay my employees takes me 1h instead of 1 week like before.
Cons:
For this software to be perfect, it is necessary to improve certain already existing functionalities.
