Optimum Series EMR allows users to create custom forms for assessments or use the system supplied assessment templates. Its Care Plans module helps users to manage care and treatment options. Clinical dashboards provide important information about Quality of Care along with other related parameters.

Optimum Series EMR's CNA Charting and Rehabilitation modules use touch-screen technology which helps users to manage flow sheets, treatments and vitals. The Virtual Body is a feature that displays a digital representation of the human body which Care providers can use it to mark the skin conditions and pain areas of concern on patients.

Services are offered on a per patient per day basis that includes support via phone, email and an online knowledge base.
