Best Database Manager on the Market

Our company was using an outdated database manager before switching over to Panelfox. The differences in efficiency, customer service, ease of use, and overall functionality have been night and day. Panelfox is a great product with a great team behind it.

It's customizable and adaptable to whatever business you might be in. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped us develop Panelfox into a product that works for our team. It's been easy to use and extremely effective.

Cons:

It is still being developed, so it doesn't have EVERY feature that we could want. That being said, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team have incredible customer service and work hard to make things as perfect as possible.

Panelfox is a smart, efficient, simple solution for panel management!

It's been wonderful! The platform hits our core needs and is a fraction of the cost of other platforms we researched. The real home run is the team at Panelfox. They lead their interactions with curiosity, care, and a sense of integrity that I don't get with all vendors. They feel very much like a partner, which I believe gives our team an edge.

Ease of use, ability to manage multiple projects from one central hub, integrations (Tremendous, Calendly), customer service (Top shelf!!!!). It's a simple platform that hits our core needs with a great, caring, genuine Panelfox team supporting us. You can't get much better than that!

Cons:

Personalization - the site's design is clean and straightforward, but in my dream world, I'd love a few more options to add a visual flair to my surveys.

Exceptional. Panelfox is extremely responsive and works hard to find solutions that work easily with our workflow. The program itself is easy to use and has everything needed to effectively and successfully complete projects on time and within the parameters asked of by our clients. It has increased our productivity and we can take on more projects than we could before due to Panelfox.

The ease of use. It is a simple and largely intuitive program. Easy to train others and our response rate from potential respondents is much higher than our last program. There is alot of bang for the buck with this program.

Cons:

There is nothing that we do not like about Panelfox.

It's very intuitive, easy to set up, and everything is in one place. Easy to train others to use. The team at Panelfox provides excellent customer support, and they listen to your needs.

Cons:

If there was anything I would like to see added or improved it would team collaboration, a project management tool. The ability to interact with others , assign tasks, and track progress. Customize workflows for different projects for each team member.

Exactly what I need

Overall it gives me the space to do my work, get what I need and move on with my day. The time saving and confidence I feel in my recruiting has made me much more efficient.

Pros:

This product solves the problem many researchers and research recruiters face. It takes out the guess work and gives me the confidence that I can fill a study quickly in a way that respects my users. If I could have built it I would have wanted every feature I have seen so far and have been surprised by how many other capabilities I never would have dreamed of were in Panelfox.

Cons:

Would be great to have a custom website for users to sign up. I think they have it but I don’t know how to get that started with best practices.

Consolidated Recruiting Platform

Panelfox is the tool we use for recruiting. It helps us keep a pool of participants ready to go and allows us to filter the people we invite to each recruiting screener. Once we have survey results, we are able to determine who to follow up with and schedule, confirm and remind in one place.

Pros:

This product has allowed us to streamline our recruiting process. Before Panelfox we used a database, our gmails and a survey tool but nothing was integrated. This allows us to better manage our recruiting in one place.

Cons:

We have discovered a few glitches along the way but I must say that they are extremely responsive when we have an issue. They always go the extra mile to help us with our issues so we can stay on track. The customer service is the best.
