I love how easy it is to send out regular emails to our members and how COnstant Contact keeps track of my subscribers and emails so I am not sending emails to people who no longer want them.
Cons:
I wish some of the email components were a little easier to move around. Sometime I would like to be able to move an entire block and I have to move pieces. Also, it would be nice if it was easier to position picture in a block. Some blocks are easy to do this with others its nearly impossible without redoing everything.

It has been a great marketing and communication tool for us. We have seen increases in our open rates and the tracking infomation has been very helpful.

The program has great versatility for a novice with an easy plug an play feel to bring about great looking results. The control over content design has been good for our small organization as the staff were able to learn the basics very quickly.
Cons:
The cost is high but we were provided a non-profit discount. It sounded good but the way they bill us it equalled to us losing 2 months of value. The data management can be a little bumpy but once we adjusted a few things it was workable. Some of the features like embedding videos can be challenging.

There are so many more capabilities than other mass mailing services. I love the fact that I can save and reuse artwork with minimal alterations.
Cons:
We are a Yoga studio and the cost is becoming a burden. unfortunately we have over 20000 emails to blast to and $300 a month is cumbersome.

Easy to use, cost based off number of emails stored

The cost kept increasing for me because I needed to upload a new list each time I send out an email based off our current active customers. So If I had 5000 email address, 1000 of them may no longer be a customer of mine. But I still got charged even though I didn't email them any longer. It was hard for me to figure out which emails to delete as our customers changed weekly.

I did not like that you were charged based off how many email address were stored. I may have 5000 email addresses, but only emailed 3000 at any given time.
