There are so many options to choose from for templates, segments and the integrated applications simplify the process of sending something out. My favorite is the survey page.
Cons:
I haven't found anything that I dislike though there are so many options to choose from, sometimes it's a bit overwhelming.

Not enough options and we really wanted to have different integrations as we continue to refine our communication strategies.

Constant Contact is simple to use, my favorite part about the software. I could create a newsletter relatively quickly using my own saved templates or templates made available by Constant Contact.
Cons:
My least favorite part about Constant Contact was the reliability. I experienced so many glitches and pauses for website maintenance which interfered with my productivity.

Recent updates were made and now the specific tools and options for use when editing emails designs feel a little harder to find, but they are still available and the results are always good.

Connects directly to our database and avoided having to mange two separate mailing lists. The direct connection and list management from the database really was a gamechanger and so much easier!

I would recommend Constant Contact for anyone wanting to reach more of their clients but don't know a lot about design. This was easy to use and I think it would be easy for anyone.
