Navori QL is a professional digital signage software that allows users to display any kind of content on any screen format or location. It includes the QL server that features a multi-user and multi-level web content management module, rule-based playback, monitoring and reporting, and playlist scheduling. The QL Player is a capable digital signage software compatible with Windows PCs and Android players. It shares the same set of professional features on every platform, including native image and video playback, multi-layer templates, ESS and XML feeds, live video and TV streaming, and MS-Exchange and Google calendar.

Awesome Platform for any industry

Extremely positive. Has allowed us to centrally manage content in our locations and ease the burden of maintaining signage from our staff.

Pros:

Ease of configuration and deployment. The multitude of features help us to produce great looking signage from the simplest menu boards to the most complex content.

Cons:

Billing/managing of license renewals. Could definitely be improved, and I don't think it's exclusively an issue with navori.

Reasons for choosing Navori Digital Signage Software

Best fit for our organization. Have tested both products, and for our needs Navori was a better fit. Datagrid users are an amazing tool to utilize in conjunction with their Templates.

Project experience with the Software

For less complex digital signage projects it is ok. If API to external systems or special connectors are needed then it is very strange and sometimes impossible

Pros:

Software runs on many different players. The software is easy to install and you can buy ready configured devices.

Cons:

The player app for generic Android devices runs not so smooth. The web gui is sometimes overloaded and not easy to use.

The software is extremely reliable and delivers smooth, professional best content every time & It is very user-friendly and makes managing a large network of screens simple and fast

Cons:

The pricing is higher than many other options, making it a bit expensive for small scale projects. There is also a steep learning curve for new administrators. Despite the cost, it remains our top recommendation for enterprise clients who prioritize security, performance, and long-term network stability over budget.

Needs a refresh

Overall I like the platform, but it could use a UX refresh or redesign to be more modern and user friendly.

Pros:

Being update to update the media remotely and schedule it for later changes. It is easy to add playlists and media content.

Cons:

Maybe I don't have all the info, but I find it very difficult to find information on how to do anything other than add media. Would love to see tutorials, walk thoughs etc in an easy to find and use area. I am sure there any many many things that I could be doing but don't know the feature even exists.

It’s a fairly customizable program and offered a lot of features. Specifically in the CMS and scheduling content.

Cons:

The antiquated look of the CMS and the ticketing functionality is very strange and not intuitive. It’s difficult to navigate.

Screen management and content creation are easy to use. Value for money is reasonable and efficient.

Cons:

The ability to have more on premise solutions would be recommended as we are a hybrid service. We would need advanced features in this area.

Easy to easy digital signage

It has been a pretty seamless experience. We haven't needed to put in many support tickets because the software works.

I like how simple it is to use. It uses a left to right outline and a single pane of glass to see the status of my deployments.

Cons:

If there was more free training on how to use the software or best practices to deliver content. I also wish that the portal and content tool were on the same platform .
