Qonversion is Amazing

Qonversion has been a game-changer for our app's subscription management. I had a challenge in finding the software to manage subscriptions, fair price. Plus, their A/B testing tool helps us identify areas to improve user experience and helps us with churn and growing revenue. Great tool for apps with in-app purchases.

Pros:

As they claim, all in one solution to manage subscriptions and test paywalls. I liked the way the Qonversion team communicated. At least they did respond to my questions and helped me with setup.

Cons:

The experience has been smooth so far, may be I will leave some updates later.

Reasons for switching to Qonversion

Higher price, we wanted to cut the expenses. Also poor AB testing tool with not sufficient analitycs, no context keys.

Pros:

Most services in this field pay little attention to the paywall design features, while Qonversion excels in this regard. they provide a simple yet capable no-code UI for building the UI, and allow for easy localization (critical for me). Other than that, I love the A/B testing features and the simplicity of use of the dashboard in general.

Cons:

There are a few bugs that need ironing, I experienced 2 regarding the use of promo codes and paywall design, but they are minor. Also, the support team is quick to reply and are taking any issue seriously to provide the best experience (even while being on their free tier!)

Still Start-up, but with great potenctial

I had left the bad review here before, but, to be honest, it is not fair. The guys are way better than RevenueCat in all respects. And most importantly - they evolve and improve each day.

Pros:

The Team does their best to onboard the customers. Sometimes they have a delay with answering online, but in general, the response time is quite fast. At first, we had some issues with setup and we blamed the Support Team, however, we were assisted very well and all issues were resolved within a few days. The Team is constantly improving both SDK and service in general.

Cons:

Some gaps in the developer documentation do exist but promised to be fixed in the nearest future.

I love how easy Qonversion makes managing subscriptions and entitlements. The platform provides clear analytics for key metrics like MRR, retention, and churn, all at a glance. It’s perfect for apps with in-app purchases and helps streamline everything in one place.

Cons:

There’s not much to dislike, but the initial setup can take some time. While not overly complicated, it does require some configuration before you’re fully up and running.

Very Useful product. Highly recommend it!

We used Qonversion to work with a Health&Fitness application. It helped us to test different paywalls and launch the mobile application very quickly. Thanks for the high-quality tool.
