Pros:

The interaction with subscribers to my platform allowed me to have unique, deeply impactful educational experiences both as a teacher and a student.

Cons:

It needs a mobile application that sends notifications to the users to pump up engagement without forcing people to log in and use a browser.

Hey Cooper thank you for the kind words. You are absolutely right about the need for a native app. Having a native phone app is on the top of our priorities list but is not in development just yet. In the meantime, we have created a handful of notification options to help keep members in the loop. We have optional email notifications that send updates to members that have chosen to use the feature. Beyond that we have enabled browser notifications for safari, chrome, and firefox on desktop and mobile for all devices which helps deliver pertinent updates to platform members and owners alike. We will update this when a native app comes alive!

Outstanding platform for creators and community!

The branding ability, community building options, ability for user collaboration, the unique privacy/security features that no one else offers. Set up was a breeze. The sales team were also highly responsive and incredibly helpful. Moon Boots is the place to be if you are looking to grow your membership community in a quick and easy way!

Pros:

One of the standout features of Moon Boots is its ability to be usable by everyone (from both an owners and users perspective) and not just by those with a high level of technology expertise. Unlike other platforms, I found Moon Boots to be a more wildly adaptive platform with it providing you in the simplest of ways, ways to monetize, create, and engage with a community of people through learning or through shared interests. The customizable design within Moon Boots is impressively easy to implement to keep your branding on point and Moon Boot’s team is constantly enhancing it for ease of use and functionality. I also found myself incredibly impressed with the privacy and security features implemented into the Moon Boots platform that most competitors in this space do not offer.

I do not have any cons or negatives to list!

Reasons for choosing Moon Boots

It’s overall functionality and ease of set up and value for money spent. No bugs experienced and best customer service experience. It feels like it is the easiest and quickest route of everything I’ve looked into to get my community transferred into and quickly up and running!

Bazgear platform - review

I’m in the process of launching an online training platform. At first, I considered using Vimeo, but then I discovered Moonboots. For me, Moonboots offers everything I was missing on Vimeo: a clean and modern design, a highly customizable environment, a community chat, live-streaming options, and a membership model that offers much better value. I also really appreciate the gamification features. Most importantly, their support team is outstanding. Their response time is fast, and they are always willing to help. I love that I can reach out to them with any question and get immediate, practical support. I’m really glad I chose Moonboots.

Outstanding support team with fast and helpful responses, strong gamification features, a highly customizable design, built-in community and discussion pages, great value for the membership price, easy live-streaming options, the ability to add badges, and emoji reactions on posts that boost engagement.

Cons:

So far, I haven’t found any major drawbacks. Minor improvements could include allowing users to skip uploading a profile picture, giving clients the option to start a free trial without adding a credit card, and offering more customization options on the sign-up and sales page. These are small details rather than real issues. 🙂

There is no other platform for content creators, course creators, and community owners like this.

I no longer have to have my business being run open MULTIPLE different software sites. Back end here, front end there, payment processing is separate, billing and admin is it's own software, etc etc. Everything I need to run a successful business around content and community is already built into it.

Pros:

If I was to make a pros and cons list of every software/website that does "similar" things to this, Moon Boots has all of the pros in one place and none of the cons. No privacy issues. All my members get access to what I want them to see. The cost is so fair for what this software offers. The fact that I can continue to grow and scale my business but I don't have to give away a percentage of my earnings to the software is one of my favorite parts. It motivates me to keep growing my business using this software as the cornerstone of it. I also can't believe how much the platform keeps evolving. It seems like there are new cutting edge features every few months!

Cons:

The cons are that I din't find out about this until spending too much time and money on other resources for years.
