What we liked most about JMango360 is how quickly they helped us launch a sleek, user-friendly app. They really thought along with us on how to bring our different labels together into one cohesive experience. The smooth CMS integration, easy login for existing customers, and push notifications via OneSignal made it even more powerful. Even after launch, the team keeps proactively helping us grow downloads and engage our customers.

Cons:

If we had to mention something, it would be the time difference. Since we’re based in the Netherlands and the development team is in Vietnam, it sometimes took a bit of coordination to find the best time to communicate. But we managed that well together, and it never stood in the way of a smooth collaboration.

Easy to setup and easy to use

Jmango allows us to reach our mobile users where they prefer to shop, in apps. The mobile version of our site is great, but it's not the same as a true mobile app experience. Jmango provides this service and has gone above and beyond our expectations.

Jmango makes it extremely easy to get a native mobile app for your website. We use BigCommerce as our ecommerce site and Jmango's integration with BigCommerce makes setting everything up simple. The same settings and apps that we use in our BigCommerce store are in our mobile app as well. They really thought of everything.

Cons:

I would like to see a US based support team

Our journey with JMango began in 2016, and their mobile application has consistently delivered exceptional results for us. From the moment we signed up, JMango has been dedicated to maximizing the potential of our mobile applications. Our collaboration has been so successful that last year we partnered with them again to develop our new mobile applications and headless e-commerce solution. What sets JMango apart is their wealth of expertise within their team; each member specializes in different segments of their solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and specialized attention to each aspect. Furthermore, JMango is a company that values feedback from their customers, working as a partner to constantly improve their product for the benefit of all users.

Cons:

While JMango's mobile applications and headless solutions offer good value, the monthly costs can be higher than some are willing to pay. Convincing management within the company of the long-term benefits can be challenging. However, JMango provides the necessary support to ensure swift implementation and adaptation among customers which for us resulted in increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

There is not a lot of time in setting up the mobile app and connecting it to our existing E-commerce environment. Very hands on implementation partner that gives you a ready to use product in just a short time.

Cons:

Due to the nature of the out of the box app, customization options sometimes are a bit more difficult and create some more lead times. However, the basic application is already very nice, but sometimes you need those tweaks specifically for your company that is not always standard.

JMango has a fantastic team of marketing professionals and skilled developpers who really take the time with their clients to ensure the best custom solution. Customer support has been excellent as well: always a fix (or at least a response) within 24 hours.

Cons:

The inability to make changes on the app platform ourselves- but that will change with JMango's new Alfonso platform!

Big project but definitely worth it

With all the personal help of this company my brand made a huge step with Jmango building our own app. The out of the box thinking, all possibilities for new integrations is amazing.
