Pros:

This software is very easy to use and has a fair share of functions. The setup is very friendly and pricing is addequate. Remote training is not needed because of a very good UI.

Cons:

There are some features that I need to use from other similar software. Airdroid could do much more since they already have a solid base. For example video kiosk is a simple function not offered.

It's the easiest to use and has all the essential functions we need.

I’ve had a pretty good experience with AirDroid Business. Even though it doesn’t support iPhones and iPads, I saw that they recently added support for Windows, which is great. It shows they’re making changes and improving the software. Overall, I really like it!

It has a user-friendly interface and is very easy to use. It allows us to remotely access and control devices. We can categorize the devices into different groups for convenient force-installing apps. We can pay per device, and the price is cost-effective.

Cons:

We have both Android and several ios devices, but it does not support ios.

Inexpensive and effective, despite the rather confusing method of deployment.

Although it's not an extraordinary, state-of-the-art piece of software, AirDroid Business has been providing us with the exact tools and features that we need in order to support our remote users. We're a wholesale company (alcoholic beverages), and our sales representatives use mobile devices to operate their sales orders and invoices. It would be great if AirDroid worked a little faster. Sometimes, the responses are not as immediate as expected.

Pros:

It's pretty affordable and easy to be managed, once you get to have it deployed in the remote devices.

Cons:

The deployment of the software onto the devices requires a lengthy setup process. Also, we are restricted to using the remote keyboard for typing, which requires a lot of mouse clicks. Future versions should be able to include the ability to use our own keyboard, instead of relying on the remote device method of entry, only.

AirDroid Business MDM solution is a big help to me

My overall experience with AirDroid Business is good. We started the 14-day free trial at first and then bought the license. The sales and support team are nice, they helped me with the software questions a lot. The user interface is easy, I like the remote support feature and kiosk mode.

I really like how AirDroid Business offers a comprehensive suite of features for remote device management. The feature for real-time support and remote access to devices is a huge plus. I think the centralized management console is also intuitive, making it easier to handle multiple devices efficiently. Plus, the security features are robust, you know it is crucial for managing business devices.

Cons:

When I was setting alerts for battery charging status, the function was not available somehow, I don't know if I made a mistake or what.

It offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface that lets you manage all your devices from one centralized dashboard. Step-by-step guides are available on their website. I particularly appreciate the app management feature, which simplifies app distribution and management. Whether you need to push updates, staged Rollouts, or control access, everything can be managed with ease.

Cons:

The device enrollment process was a little challenging at first, but once you've got the hang of it will be much easier.. The<Remote Support> feature is not available for the web panel now, you need to download it on your PC.

Overall it is a great tool which caters to multiple needs and makes managing devices easy, if the price could be a little cheaper it would only add to its credibility.

Pros:

Airdroid has a ton of functionalities and the clean and simple UI makes it very easy to use. It can be used for monitoring as well as troubleshooting multiple devices remotely which makes it very useful.

Cons:

The software even though is great it feels a little expensive compared to others in this market. It is simple but the UI is a little complex which makes it not favourable to beginners.
