About Selecteev

Selecteev is a calls for applications management system to manage selections from a few candidates to several thousands.

Any company or administration looking at selecting candidates for a specific program or even can quickly get their form set-up, customize it and get going. Once candidates start applying you will be able to distribute the evaluation load easily.

The system offer a powerful form builder that will facilitate the data entry for your candidates, allowing them to apply over several days if they want to, not losing any of their data as soon as they start typing.

The main features include a dashboard with graphs showing the health of your call for applications, a powerful messaging system to be able to interact with your candidates anytime, an easy way to invite evaluators to rate specific candidates, automation to send the right messages at the right time, and
powerful filtering and tagging to sort your candidates the way you need it.

La simplicité de prise en mains, tant pour l'administrateur pour paramétrer la plateforme, que pour les utilisateurs (candidats) et les évaluateurs.La richesse des fonctionnalités pour personnaliser la plateforme et tout concentrer (consignes, liens internet, formulaires, messagerie,...)

Cons:

La possibilité d'héberger des vidéos (éléments constitutifs du dossier de candidature), ce qui oblige les candidats à passer par une seconde solution.

La plateforme permet de suivre au quotidien nos appels à candidature en lien avec nos partenaires et d'accélérer considérablement le traitement des candidatures. Grande réactivité de l'équipe à nos questions et demandes. Expérience utilisateur très intuitive.

Cons:

Les fonctions d'automatisation sont intéressantes mais peuvent encore être améliorées. Les usagers pourraient être mieux guidées dans les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation.

Fantastic software for innovation competitions

All the experience with Selecteev has been great. The customer service was always there to support us, and with their help, we managed to solve the two problems we found. We will use their service again if we have to organize similar competitions in the future.

Pros:

Selecteev offered great flexibility, covered all our needs, and it’s easy to use. We built or competition in two weeks, and after completing the first phase of the competition, all our stakeholders are extremely satisfied with the results.

Cons:

We have only missed two things in Selecteev: A table-type answer. We managed to get the information in a very similar way, but the format is different from our initial objective. Modify the form for the second phase of the competition. We needed to create a new questionnaire for the second phase of our competition. In the end, we created a new platform in Selecteev, to solve this problem.
