Pros:

My favorite thing about this software is how easy it is to quickly pull together exactly what I'm going to eat in a day. I am vegan, so naturally, it's a little harder for me to get quick and easy recipes, so anything that makes it easier is always a plus. I have no issues having to dig around to find recipes, I have three to choose from.

Cons:

The thing I liked the least about the software is the lack of pictures. I think when it comes to food, I can usually tell if I would like something just by looking at a picture. This is a huge downside with a recipes site.

Pros:

Nutr-IQ surprised me with the creative vegan meals that they had available. Most of the meals were fairly simple and easy to follow.

Cons:

It was hard to track which ingredients you needed for the meal plans they offer. I found that I often did not have everything needed to follow the recipes. A weekly ingredient list would be very helpful to print and bring when buying groceries to ensure you have everything needed for the week of meals

I started using this app to understand what is the best way for my clients to meet fitness goals and maintain energy. It helped me to help them understand where their current diet is not complete, and also how they could supplement their diet with specific vitamins.
