PDFelement is a user-friendly PDF editing software designed to help users create, edit, convert, and manage PDF documents efficiently. It allows to edit text, images, and links directly within a PDF. You can modify the font, size, and style of text, resize or replace images, and add or edit hyperlinks.

Cons:

PDFelement has performance issue with large files and it can consume a significant amount memory when working with multiple or large files.

Pros:

It's inexpensive, and has a lot of great features. You can simply use it to stamp signatures , you can draw on the pdfs and add text or photographs, you can hightlight etc, convert to OCR .... OR...you can write your own fillable forms.

Cons:

It's buggy. When editing or writing fillable forms, it tends to freeze up. The next thing on my list, is that it's slow to use to draw over pdfs. Re-selecting the tools manually is a drag. I wish you could set the tool as default unless reselecting

It's an okay pdf program but their marketing is deceptive.

It was just okay but became worse when they released updates. I feel their marketing deceptive, and I don't respect and trust the company.

It's an adequate pdf reader and it is equipped with the basic pdf tools that you would find in most pdf programs

Cons:

Purchasing a lifetime subscription only to find out several months later that I am not eligible for updates, and after the updates are released, the older version will not work well.

Reasons for switching to PDFelement

Adobe was too expensive and I hate monthly subscription fees. Kofax was adequate but some of their features are clunky.

Budget Estimator

Wondershare PDFelement is easier and more affordable than Adobe Acrobat, it does have some limitations, especially with more advanced or professional tasks.

Pros:

Wondershare PDF is known for being easy to use. It has a clean interface similar to Microsoft Office, which makes it simple to navigate and control.

Cons:

Wondershare PDF is easy and simple to use and control. However, some documents don’t work properly on it, and the OCR area doesn’t always cover the whole page. Sometimes I lose all my work if I click the wrong button. It’s not as good as Adobe.

Pros:

Because it is open source and available for both iOS and Windows backed with wide range of tools, I found PDFelement is a perfect companion

Cons:

It became slow over the period of time , and cropping the elements is little difficult to adopt. Though it’s my personal view and many users may like it the way it is . You are requested to check before invest

I was evaluating the features and found it satisfactory, both the above are little difficult especially illustrator as it is design for some other work

A Cost-Effective, Robust PDF Processing Utility

It's a real breeze utilizing the software thanks to its plenty of features & ease of use. Will certainly stick to using the software for the foreseeable future.

The plethora of features the desktop & mobile variants of the software presented on the ribbon interface makes it easier to find the desired function.

Cons:

Auto-updates running in the background (especially on computer start-up) increases the temps & usage of my Athlon 200GE office machine. While the software itself is silky-smooth, the consequently stressed-up dual core CPU has led the machine to stutter the Windows interface just for a few moments before everything goes back to normal (i.e. till the short update is over).

Reasons for choosing PDFelement

For the asking price & feature-set, PDFelement was the right choice.

Reasons for switching to PDFelement

The former PDF utilities I've used were lurked with convoluted settings, text artefacts popping up when converting from PDF to Word & frequent stutters when scrolling through a long PDF document. Thankfully, none of these issues were encountered with PDFelement.

Works fine when I need it

I use PDFelement when I need to change PDFs and it works fine. It’s not perfect but it gets the job done for me.

The best is that I can edit PDFs without stress. The tools are simple and clear, I don’t lose time looking.

Pdfelement for college coursework

I love being able to create pdf documents, as well as, edit ones that I need to download & complete for my college coursework. It gives me a major advantage over others who don't have software that is as up to date or functional.

I enjoyed that this product gives you the ability to use toms of different editing features & even the ability to create your own graphics add-ins.

Cons:

The overall layout itself and it's graphics are plain & boring. Nothing vibrant or standing out to catch the eye.
