Pros:

O que mais gosto no Arbor é a facilidade em manusear as caixinhas, clicando e arrastando as posições de forma fácil e dinâmica, e os KPIs de acompanhamento par análise. Antes ficava horas arrastando caixinhas no PowerPoint, então o Arbor mudou em 100% a nossa forma de trabalho. Ele possui integração com o sistema em que nossa folha de pagamento está, então o organograma está sempre atualizado sem esforço manual.

Cons:

É um software bem completo para o que precisamos, quando temos algum feedback de melhoria, passamos para o nosso CS e eles desenvolvem a funcionalidade no sistema.
