DocMadeEasy offers tools for users to edit, sign, and share PDF files securely. Free and easy to use!

With millions of documents sent all around the world, DocMadeEasy is the secure, legally binding and affordable e-signature solution. You can create, sign, send for signature, manage, and track documents.

When you use this file sending service, your files are encrypted using 256-bit AES in the browser and then transferred through secure TLS 1.2 to the servers. The file encryption keys are generated using PBKDF2 based on your password, and each file has a unique encryption key. The keys never leave your device and you're the only one who has them – unless you decide to share them.

Pros:

I really like how DocMadeEasy is so much cheaper than the alternatives, yet it has many more features than the other softwares. It is also super user friendly and has great customer service.

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked about DocMadeEasy but sometimes the customer service response time can be slow. However, they do respond and they took care of my issues very profesionally. They were able to solve all of my problems.

Pros:

DocMadeEasy is very easy to use, and it works well. it's been a few months since I switched to it, and I am 100% satisfied. It has great features to prepare documents for E-Signatur.

Cons:

I wish it has integration with my accounting software. However, non of its competitors has that feature.

Best pdf tool for college students

I am a university student and I use DocMadeEasy everyday for my course work and job search. It is essential if you ever have to work with any type of PDFs or documents. It has made my life so much easier!

DocMadeEasy is incredibly simple to use. It only took me a few minutes to learn the different functions of the website. Even with a free account you can access so many functions, but personally I think the paid plan is really worth it.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes awhile to compress large pdf files, but I experienced the fastest processing time on this website compared to other ones.

Pros:

This is a useful tool for signing documents online. The process is quick and easy. It’s convenient being able to sign and forward the document to next signers. Great feature. The merge pdf feature is also convenient to use.

Cons:

The only thing I’m usually concern is how security is taken and if the process is really safe. However, I did not have any issues with that so far.
