Pros:

Personizely is an amazing software that allows better laser targeted campaigns. Personalization is key when it comes to visitors and conversions, I highly recommend Personizely for anyone that wants to start taking their marketing campaigns seriously and to the next level!

Cons:

Nothing as of yet, the software and team behind it have been amazing.

Easy to use software that was easy to implement on our website.

Cons:

Before software update we had to use a lot of custom CSS but now we can easily use their editor instead.

An adequate tool for simple lead generation, A/B testing, and website personalization

Pros:

It is pretty easy to launch a simple lead-gen pop-up on a website quickly. There is a good list of email autoresponder integrations, which is rare on other tools.

Cons:

It is tricky to edit different elements in your pop-up and also other elements on your website when you set up A/B testing and website personalization. I find myself getting frustrated setting up my pop-up the way I want it.

I am just getting started with Personizely, but I am super impressed with the customer service. I talked with [sensitive content hidden], who was quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and gave me honest answers. I can't tell you how rate that is to find these days!

Pros:

The biggest pro has to be customer support and how quick their team is to get back to you. Their replies are always really helpful and you can see they try their best to provide a solution. Not the usual "Please refer to our documentation" many other companies do. The platform itself works very well, for both agency account and the sub accounts. Full Whitelabel options are available too and really everything just works flawlessly.

Cons:

Nothing I don't like. I would love to see integrations with CRM's like gist and hubspot.

Pros:

It's literally the most beautiful solution I've ever used when it comes to lead generation. It's easy to use, has incredibly powerful features and helps our team generate better results.

Cons:

The dashboard could be improved. I'd love to have all the information in a glance, but it seems cluttered.

We didn't like Sumo, it was cluttered, complicated, and ugly.

This really increases conversions on your website. I expect tools like this will become a must in the future. The support is nothing short of amazing. Recommended

First of all, Personizely includes all features which we need to improve our conversion rate - email popups, cart abandonment, website personalization, etc. User experience in this app is pure AMAZING. I like what I can create any type of widget which looks perfect on our website.
