Cons:

It is not the least-liked feature but, it is. something I missed in RiskHawk. Organization-specific color themes will be a great feature to add on to an existing plethora of wonderful capabilities.

Risk Hawk Empowers User-Friendly, Smarter, Transparent Risk Management

First of all, the trainers from the 'Risk Hawk' team made our task easier. We were trained well; our doubts & issues were duly resolved. It made the transition for us smooth. We are using Risk Hawk as a tool for our ERM process. It has already curtailed down our manual work. It starts to trigger a pop-up notification when our submissions are due. It is user-friendly, helps us in compliance activity submission to the RBI. We can now even keep track of other departments, sub-departments that went under the radar. We are now able to more meticulously seek through an issue to reach its root cause. It has certainly strengthened our Risk Management process more efficient and transparent.

The way Risk Hawk arranged superficial amount of data in a structured way to help us get insights. It has been designed in a way that tracking complex and dependent variables becomes easy.

Cons:

Been finding it good, makes my task easier. It gets timed out after a certain period of inactivity. it would be good if the fixed duration for the inactivity could be increased a bit.

The linking technology between modules is fantastic, one can easily view all connected items from one risk which is a benefit to our client.

Cons:

The dashboard reports do not show data that is relevant to our users and they are quite dated and we cannot customise the risk register which is a feature that most clients want (eg hiding irrelevant columns within a register).

Thanks for the feedback. As discussed, dashboard charts can easily be added as part of our deployment. Our platform is based on low/ zero code so this is really quick and can be requested from our support team. Also, the risk register is actually configurable by end users and you can hide the irrelevant columns. Only a few select mandatory columns cannot be hidden, rest can be easily hidden.

Practical, fast, and surprisingly complete GRC platform for growing teams

Risk Hawk has been a good experience overall. It does what it promises, and it does it faster than most GRC platforms I have tried. It is well suited for mid-market organizations or departments that want to modernize without starting a long IT project. The system is stable, the support is consistent, and the flexibility makes it easy to show results quickly. It still needs a few upgrades to meet enterprise expectations, but for most medium-sized businesses, it is more than enough to run a complete risk and compliance program confidently.

Pros:

Risk Hawk brings everything together in one place. Risk management, controls, audits, incidents, and compliance are all connected, which makes life much easier for small and mid-sized teams. The Flexy feature to create or adjust workflows without coding is a real advantage. It saves time and lets you adapt the system quickly as processes evolve. The support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The hosting options, especially the UK and on-prem setup, are great for companies that are strict about data security. Once it is set up, it feels reliable and straightforward to use.

Cons:

It still feels like a product that is growing into the enterprise space. Some things that larger clients expect are not yet in place, like proper version control between test and live environments or automated event triggers for integrations. The performance information is not easy to find, and you do not always know how the system will scale with heavy use. The third-party risk section mostly handles questionnaires and lacks deeper external monitoring tools. Navigation between some screens takes more clicks than it should. Also, there is no public pricing, which can slow down decision making.

Insights to Management on Enterprise Risk
