Easy to use and simple interface for both creating and answering surveys. Easy to share results with the appropriate audience.

Cons:

Does not help with coming up with questions, suggesting multiple choice answers, or identifying potential bias in questions.

Reasons for switching to SurveyMonkey

People did not think Microsoft forms was anonymous, since they would often fill out the survey when logged in to their Microsoft accounts.

Like I stated before, features like question branching and the ability to import or export the data are really handy.

Cons:

The price to launch the survey could be better given the other new competitors and cheaper options that are in the market.

Easy to use and functional survey platform

I have used SurveyMonkey for board member and employee surveys and am thrilled with how well it works. Being able to reuse and update previously-created surveys has saved me a lot of time, and my audience members have been able to take the surveys with ease. The options for displaying survey results have allowed us to create easy summaries that aid in decision-making, employee reviews, and policy-changes.

Easy to use, with flexible design options, great survey summaries. Can create a survey in minutes that are simple and straightforward for my audience. I appreciate that I can copy and update previous surveys that I made, so that I don't have to start from scratch every time.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints yet. I have used the platform for board member and employee surveys and it seems versatile enough to provide the privacy options we require.

The survey monkey platforms, it is dynamic and have a lot of options on how to create a poll. Helps you with the questions and the best way to make the question.

Cons:

The Cons that I think Survey Monkey has a limited free plan and the proce I feel it´s to high. It will be nice to have nore option in the free plan.

Good survey tool

Overall, I believe it’s a good tracking system for surveys and there is various surveys you can create and different ways. You can use the survey so it’s not a bad system.

SurveyMonkey is a good tool to use for creating employee surveys and getting feedback and even doing anonymous surveys.

Cons:

One time I built a survey and I thought I could send it out to all employees, but they gave me a limit of I believe 30 people because I had not signed up and bought a plan yet. It wasn’t clear when I started creating the survey without having an account that there was a limit of how many people that I could send it to.

I love how easy it is to make and manage surveys. Ive used this at a few different places, and its made survey distribution easy.

Cons:

It is a very vast software, so be prepared to learn ins and outs quickly if using it. It's definitely a tool thats good for business and consumers alike.
