Fulcrum 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

We came from a 9 month run with another "fabrication ERP". That experience was excruciating. After 9 months we knew we'd made a bad decision and had not choice than to find something else. What a difference. All ERPs are not the same. The implementation was easy and quick. And, the Fulcrum team are super dynamic. Anything that wasn't perfect 6 months ago has been fixed or addressed. I love the fact that when there is something awkward or "less than idea" for us, they want to hear about it. The have a single point of contact when there is a question. We're 2 years in and they still reach out zoom meeting from time to time to make sure we're using any new features or have any question/concerns. I wish my business' customer service was as good as Fulcrum.

Overall, Fulcrum has transformed how we run our business. It’s not just software—it’s a true partner in our growth and efficiency. I would highly recommend it to any manufacturer looking to modernize their operations and gain a competitive edge.

Our end goal for implementing Fulcrum at our company is to help enable rapid, scalable growth. More product out the door, faster and easier than before. We expect we will see that in the future, but because we’re only a few months into what we believe will be a multi-year journey, we’re not yet able to conclude whether this was made possible with Fulcrum. In the meantime, the process of preparing our data for entry into Fulcrum immediately gave us better quality BOMs. The flow-on effects from that mean better purchasing and inventory management. We also have greater visibility around what the team are completing each day and the real cost of manufacture. However, the key thing we’re still waiting to see the results from is the Scheduler. Once our production team members start to trust the Scheduler and work on what it asks them to work on, we believe that is when we will start to see efficiencies previously not imagined possible. I’ll update this review in 6 months with further details around the benefits we are seeing at that point in time. Keep an eye out for it sometime in mid-2022.

It’s made a big difference in how we manage jobs, quotes, and scheduling. Everything’s in one place and way easier to track, which cuts down on mistakes and saves a ton of time. The software keeps improving too, which is nice to see. Every few months something gets better or more useful.

Fulcrum ERP gives us a centralized system with real-time shop floor visibility, helping streamline scheduling, inventory, and job tracking. While we’ve experienced challenges with accounting integration and managing date changes across the system, many of those issues have been self-induced as we adjust. Overall, Fulcrum has made our operations more connected, efficient, and data-driven, with room for continued growth as we refine our processes.

Overall, Fulcrum has been a strong tool for managing operations. It provides visibility across the shop floor and helps tie together purchasing, inventory, and production. While there are areas that could use refinement, the platform continues to improve and has streamlined a lot of processes compared to older systems. Customer support is fantastic.

My overall experience with Fulcrum has been mostly positive! There is a slight learning curve for the uninitiated but in my personal experience, the software is very easy use and navigate. Fulcrum has come a long way in the last three years, I'm excited for whats to come!
