About QuestionPro Communities

QuestionPro Communities is a cloud-based community management solution that offers customer-panel management, discussion forums, surveys, polls, live chat, feedback management and customer intelligence functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps available.

QuestionPro features customer-panel management, which allows users to engage with customers using different channels, such as surveys, polls, live chats and forums. The survey management functionality supports different logics, such as advanced questions and branching. Users can also implement gamification methods such as reward points and badges.

QuestionPro also features community feedback management, which allows users to send feedback surveys on multiple devices such as desktops, tablets and mobile phones. It also enables users to create customized reports and customizable slides based on feedback data.

QuestionPro allows users to integrate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, which allows users to implement customer feedback mechanism using the customer database.
