More than an LMS

The team is very collaborative and tries to help you when it comes to meeting your needs for new enhancements. They will think of new ideas to help with training various audiences and ensuring the content is being delivered in the best way. They have a very good support team that is always there to help. Pinpoint feels more like a partner than a vendor. We value the partnership.

Pros:

I’m a fan of various enhancements that make up the LMS, but one in particular is the “Resource Pages”. The Resource Pages is a collection of templates that lets me create and design web pages that are specific to various content including product knowledge, Education, and an informational hub, giving us another great way to share information with the individuals that we are training.

Cons:

The Administrative side could be a little more intuitive

An indispensable training partner

I love how much the team is able to bring my visions to life. Out of the box they have had great functionality, but when I need a specific training experience their product experts are quick to come up with a solution, often just by utilizing existing tools in a new way I had not considered!

The adaptive learning feature! Using this we've been able to fast-track seasoned hires to a selling position to generate revenue.

Cons:

Sometimes admin controls are not as straightforward as they should be

Pros:

Reports and support. The reporting makes it easy to get any data I need to analyze for business decisions. Pinpoint’s support department is one of the best I’ve worked with.

Cons:

Some controls could be a little more intuitive, although I’m able to adapt pretty quickly
