Best TMS for Trucking Company

System is more reliable than people. I recommend every trucking company to use it rather than thinking I can handle all my work without a TMS, and that was what we think before. However, after using truckpedia, with the amount of time it saved us over the past few years, well worth it. And our company was able to scale 3-4 times without adding any additional employee. It's quite amazing and we are very thankful and appreciate the system.

Pros:

It's designed by real trucking professionals for trucking company to use. It's the best Trucking Company TMS on market. We love truckpedia. It's very easy to use, automate paperwork, save man power and increased efficency.

Cons:

There isn't anything we don't like about it. Although billing a load only take a couple clicks, I am hoping there is an auto-billing function. And there are new features truckpedia have relased but we haven't tried, I hope there are some training videos that can be distributed to us.

ITS was very old school and it didn't have all the function we need. Not adding efficiency to our operation.

Truckpedia, the BEST system for dispatch!

As a dispatcher I have several people that I input load info for and Truckpedia has been the easiest program to use and to teach my drivers. I taught most of them over the phone!

I LOVE that it keeps all documents for the load together as you upload and proceed. So much more user friendly!! It makes for a much cleaner, more organized work space and keeps the loads organized.

Cons:

There's nothing to really dislike about Truckpedia, it's so easy to customize it to your needs.

So far working with your company has been great. Very friendly and easy to work with. Listens to feedback and work hard to make adjustments to be more user friendly and specialized for our business.

Simple to learn and use from an office perspective

Cons:

Some functionality needed adjusted for scrolling, accessing information. Needs a more detailed search feature to easily find orders later.

We switched to find a program that was more customizable to our business needs. Our previous system did not work well for our recycling team and did not work for our billing needs in any way. Having a system that did it all was very important to us.

After HUNDREDS of trials, finally found a software that works for us

Very glad we found a software that finally works around us instead of the other way around. Instead of reconfiguring our entire operations around the software, the software worked around our current operations, which was a big sigh of relief compared to the competition we tried out.

Pros:

Designed to be versatile, which is ideal for an unorthodox company like ours that doesn't fall under the typical carrier company umbrella. Customizable, offers several different views, tags/labels are a BIG help when it comes to organization, automations are a great bonus, billing is effortless.

Cons:

Minor aesthetic suggestions or processing questions, however these were quickly addressed by the support team who took our feedback into consideration as feature requests.

I've used many TMS system's and Truckpedia has the most user friendly platform. All the TMS systems I've used force the user to mold the day to day operations to fit into the platform, Truckpedia allows you to customize to exactly what the user needs. Complete game changer because most people are not comfortable with change, the customization allows you to get the benefits of a TMS, and the flexibility to adapt to what individual users need. This creates a seamless transition to Truckpedia with no delay in day to day responsibilities

No negative feedback. The whole Truckpedia experience has been great.

Fuel hauling customer

Truckpedia has been awesome. When I need something new, they are always listening and working to implement what I need. The support and ambition of the IT is incredible.

Pros:

Truckpedia is user friendly. Anyone can learn how to use it in a short time. No long hours of training. It can do everything under one roof. Affordable program. IT support is so helpful.

Cons:

Doesn't have everything yet. It could use more search options. I don't like that the emails don't auto populate, and they do not show where you sent them.
