Enapps has transformed our business...

Overall, Enapps has transformed our accounting experience. So many of our tasks that used to take an hour or two, are now completed in as little as ten minutes. From an analytics perspective, information is easy to find and also, easy to put in a format which you require with very little issues, which in other systems this is not an easy task. I have found Enapps to be extremely beneficial to our company.

Pros:

A lot of our processes are now automated, saving us time to do other tasks.

Cons:

Once the VAT has been processed, you can't seem to change any information on an invoice, even if it does not affect the VAT aspect of the invoice.

Reasons for switching to Enapps

Previously we used 3 different systems, which could often get confusing. With enapps, we only need one. This means less time looking for information, and more time dealing with customer requests, as all information is in one place.

Lack of on the accounting reports—particularly the cash flow statement, equity statement, forecast,etc...

Overall a absolute pleasure, its been a experience seeing Enapps grow and working with the teams (almost like watching a friends child grow) but it appears Enapps still have a big hill to conquer regarding releasement management and retaining staff. Once they get over that hill...Enapps will be great and would see their recommendation score increase!

Helpful team and promising system

So far, my experience with Enapps has been positive. Even though I’ve only scratched the surface, the support from the team has been excellent, which gives me confidence that the system will be valuable as I continue to use it more.

The customer support team are really friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and guide you through the system, which makes getting started much easier.

Cons:

I haven’t had much time to fully explore all the features yet, so it’s hard to comment on any drawbacks at this stage. Some areas feel like they’ll take a bit of time to get used to.

Occasional issues with visibility of costs. It can be difficult to find information on the ENAPPS Academy when trying to problem solve

Good System with good functionality and knowledgeable support team

Overall, good experience. The support team are knowledgeable and spend time to understand requirements. The system is a big improvement on our old system. Would have been better if they could have migrated full set of data across - Purchase Orders weren't brought through.

The accessibility of the system - all data in one place. The ability to edit functionality to maximize efficiencies - like auto sending invoices. Call outs are also brilliant!

Having to pay extra for ad-hoc support / training and not being able to amend layouts without paid support.

Improved efficiency and faster processes

Our experience with Enapps has been excellent. Its helped us drive real efficiency gains in our day to day processes, which has allowed us to grow without increasing head count. Admin based roles have been reduced, allowing us to focus on sales and improving customer service.

Pros:

Prior to using Enapps, we were using separate systems and linking interfaces. Our processes were long-winded and inefficient. The Enapps platform has dramatically improved our process times, with the connectivity between modules meaning information is always easy to find. Enapps also offers great improvements on Sage, which has allowed us to really improve our stock management and ensure availability, with is critical in our market. What I also like is the platform never stands still - there are always updates and tweaks to improve the software, and some of our suggestions have gone into the core software to benefit all customers.

Cons:

We were unable to migrate our data from our old CRM system, which meant it had to largely be recreated from scratch which was very time consuming, however this was more to do with the platform we were moving from than Enapps. Certain elements, like producing PDF documents, could be more user friendly and customisable.

Flexibility to add pretty much anything you want, forward thinking on things like open banking and OCR reader. Attentive Dev team. A lot less money than big bespoke ERP players.

Cons:

Costs to implement things can be high, would like to see more put through as R&D projects.

Efficient System

Being new to the business, I was taught Enapps right away. The system is pretty easy to use and navigate. I can easily find the information I need and now require minimum supervision or assistance with carrying out my daily tasks.

Easy to use and navigate, Easily stores information. i.e; product details / PO details etc.. Call outs are a great part of the system and easy to setup

Cons:

There isn't anything I like the least, but I still have a little more to learn about the system for my role, as I am still fairly new to the business.
