About Millennium

Harpers Payroll Services offers Millennium, a payroll and HR software product. This PC-based software provides extensive functionality in a cost-effective package, allowing businesses to manage their payroll processing. Millennium caters to a wide range of industries and business sizes, offering quick, easy, and accurate payroll data entry.

The software is designed to be highly customizable, with scripting capabilities that allow Harpers Payroll Services to accommodate complex payroll requirements. Businesses can customize Millennium to meet their unique payroll needs, as the software has no limits on the number of employee pay rates, job distributions, automatic pays, deductions, and taxes it can handle. Millennium also supports an unlimited number of direct deposit transactions per employee.

Millinnium software is a good POS software with some good features

Pros:

Millinnium software has a lot of options. The window is somewhat user friendly and not too complicated. The layout is good so it's pretty easy to move around in the software.

Cons:

Millennium has limitations. There are commands where you have to take several clicks to get to an option. Also the marketing is somewhat limited. Not having cloud based is also a negative factor. Although Meevo is coming out, but not quite as mature.

Great software

The report writer is very easy to work with. I need to pull data that may not be on common reports, and it is so easy to get that information.

Pros:

Most of what I needed to do as a service provider and massage therapist within the industry of spas, salons and med spas; and, professional deliverer of therapeutic services... was able to be implemented effortlessly and without much lag/slack/delays/slowness/lagging of SaaS-like usability. Service providers didn't have access on their personal cellphones; so, personal and business devices weren't allowed or necessary in the treatment rooms and therefore not a contending factor of HIPPA violations within the viewpoint of clients' that are concerned with their data/personal information being displayed on several unsecure devices at once. I don't disagree. I thoroughly/severely agree! I enjoyed it tremendously and WHOLEHEARTEDLY wish that my employer's franchised Corporate Business Associates would have selected MEEVO, the updated Millennium SaaS instead of the one they did pick.

Cons:

Sometimes it felt cold, and very obviously designed by non-industry minded people. EXAMPLE: unease of note writing/signing and viewing quickly before services.

What customer service? I tend to wait 10-30 minutes on hold to get a live person.

Pros:

What I like about the software it that its intuitive and you can create series/packages with ease, but when it comes to other things it appears to be capable but there is no one to help you, not enough support and they must be short on staff, since calls wait in queue for 20+ minutes.

Cons:

no customer support and when an issue arises, everyone scratches their head and says, Hmm, that is strange, we'll work on it, and then they never do.
