Great product, even better support

Pros:

Very easy to use and very reliable. No outages or unavailability in the 4.5 years I have been with the company. Also has every possible protocol and cryptography feature you could ever need from an SFTP client. I would also like to make special mention of the support, over the 4.5 years I have been using it, [sensitive content hidden] from support has consistently been highly available and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has helped us navigate multiple upgrades and always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues.

Cons:

There is not much I could put here in all honesty. I have not had any issues with SFTPPlus in terms of the software or support.

Incredible Customer Support

Initially it was daunting but once I got my head around it (And with assistance from [sensitive content hidden]), it was straight forward. Finally, this was my first installation and configuration of this application and the assistance from the Vendor [sensitive content hidden] was absolutely incredible, he explained everything perfectly and was/is always willing to help.

Pros:

Very simple to deploy, one executable which, once downloaded, installed with no need for internet access. Once installed the Help functionality is held within the Application with very detailed instructions. The Admin Console is Web Based and easy to configure.

Cons:

Initially the amount of configuration was overwhelming but I honestly feel that was down to this being my first installation.

We realise configuration options are extensive with many variables to suit different requirements in usage, security, integration etc. However we aim to make the initial setup as easy as possible and from there can configure to meet specific requirements.
