Plumsail Org Chart 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

We chose Plumsail to manage our organizational chart. We wanted a tool that would allow everyone to see the updated chart. So we switched from a PowerPoint presentation that was manually updated by our HR colleagues to Plumsail. The setup was very simple. We used the SharePoint integration to add the organizational chart to our intranet site. This way, all our colleagues can access it. We also connected Plumsail to Microsoft Entra ID, which made it easy to manage content and updates. With the filter option, we excluded unnecessary elements and, with a few minor adjustments, we also added functional links (dotted lines).

My experience has been excellent. The tool perfectly meets the need to transform HTML into professional-quality PDFs. The customer support really makes a difference — it is fast, attentive, and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to any company that needs reliable document generation.
