    An excellent tool for managing our organizational chart

    We chose Plumsail to manage our organizational chart. We wanted a tool that would allow everyone to see the updated chart. So we switched from a PowerPoint presentation that was manually updated by our HR colleagues to Plumsail. The setup was very simple. We used the SharePoint integration to add the organizational chart to our intranet site. This way, all our colleagues can access it. We also connected Plumsail to Microsoft Entra ID, which made it easy to manage content and updates. With the filter option, we excluded unnecessary elements and, with a few minor adjustments, we also added functional links (dotted lines).

    What I liked most about Plumsail's organizational chart is how easy it is to use, especially during the configuration phase. I also appreciate the ability to customize the cards, which allows you to create a style that is consistent with your brand. The Customer support has been very quick to answer and resolve our questions and doubts.
    Cons:
    If I had to pick what I liked least about Plumsail Org Chart, it would be the limited number of views, or the ability to move cards around to manage spaces in a customized way. It would also be very useful to import or synchronize data from two different sources, such as Entra ID + Excel. This would allow you to create organizational charts when there are companies that are not yet fully integrated within the same Microsoft Tenant.

    The HTML to PDF conversion works very well and is stable. The process is simple and fast, which saves me a lot of time in my daily work. In addition, the support team is amazing: every time I needed help, I received quick and clear solutions.
    Cons:
    At the beginning, it took me some time to properly configure the PDF formatting details. Other than that, I haven’t found any significant downsides.
