        Attollo makes SharePoint even better

        The team at Attollo has been great to deal with throughout the process of launching and maintaining our intranet. They quickly respond to issues, and have quickly added new features to web parts to meet our needs. Throughout onboarding, they were with us every step of the way.

        Attollo elevates SharePoint, giving you more control over your brand, and much more flexibility in layouts, web parts, and design to bring your content to life. We get many compliments on it! Attollo's web parts work natively within SharePoint, so the learning curve is minimal.
        Cons:
        Sometimes our SharePoint pages load the web parts a bit slower. We have been working with Attollo to identify potential causes as they don't always see this issue with other clients.

        Intuitive tools that elevate our intranet

        Working with Attollo has been an extremely smooth and collaborative experience. The learning curve was minimal thanks to how seamlessly everything fits into SharePoint. Communication with the Attollo team has been consistently clear and efficient - they're quick to respond to any questions or requests. Visually, the widgets and web features are very solid. They’ve given our intranet a polished, modern look while keeping it functional and accessible. The flexibility to tailor layouts and design elements has made a huge difference in how we share information and engage staff.

        [sensitive content hidden] really listened to our requirements and vision for the intranet and created it accordingly. It is very easy to contact them to get support, whether it's a call for a more in-depth chat or a support query, which [sensitive content hidden] was always very communicative about.
        Cons:
        This is by no means a criticism of Attollo, but at times it was frustrating not knowing what to approach them with and what was dealt with by our IT provider. They were always able to advise if it wasn't something they could help with however. I didn't have any other major cons.

        If you want to be Excited then you need Attollo

        Working with everyone involved in the team at Attollo has been an absolute delight. From a very early stage in our relationship it became obvious that Attollo wanted to help us succeed and had a clear desire to not only exceed our expectations but also to inspire us to continuously innovate and adopt solutions and strategies which were great for us. On one occasion Attollo demonstrated what I believe should be much more prevalent in business partnerships, declining an opportunity to pursue an avenue that didn't sit well with their ethos and skill set. What a great decision we made, collectively, as in hindsight this could have been a disaster for us and the wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise the Attollo team hold contributed to us making the right decision. I cannot recommend Attollo highly enough - they have certainly helped lift us to great heights and I know they will continue to do so.

        They are superb business partners, are easy to deal with, and are constantly innovating. Attollo have helped us to transform our internal communications and our Intranet platform is engaging, constantly evolving and is motivating our colleagues to innovate and express their creativity. The Attollo team constantly offer advice, guidance and assistance and genuinely want to assist us in being the greatest we can possibly be.
        Cons:
        Our experience has been entirely positive. If I have to state a negative then I would state that it's a shame that we were not aware of Attollo before we embarked on a project with another vendor first. We realised part way through that journey that something wasn't right and we are so glad that we met with the Attollo team. Rest assured, we will not look back.

        Attollo Intranet Review - 18 months on

        18 months into our journey with Attollo and I could not rate them higher. Their support and level of knowledge throughout our development phase was excellent. Especially when considering only our very first meeting was done face to face. The platform is clean and the team were extremely accommodating to make their platform as perfect for your requirements as possible. Since go-live, technical support has rarely been required but has been fast when called upon. Their attentive nature means we can always have discussions openly about how we want to improve the platform. Or potentially, how current business issues could be supported by the platform. Their enthusiasm and passion for their product is infectious and I have thoroughly enjoyed developing our intranet with them and working on improving the platform ever since.

        My overall experience is extremely positive. As stated above, Attollo has helped us create, manage and improve our intranet capabilities for over two years now, and they are always so helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is willing to spend as much time as needed to discuss a project and understand our vision, and his team members are always super engaging in helping as well. On every initiative, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] puts in so much effort and goes above and beyond to ensure its success. The whole team is always so warm, positive and kind, and just a joy to work with.

        Working with the Attollo team, and especially with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is a pleasure. Attollo not only created and helps us manage our SharePoint intranet, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] constantly innovates and thinks of great ways to keep the platform fresh, relevant and engaging. What I like most is the design expertise [SENSITIVE CONTENT] brings to the table - when we work on improvement initiatives, he not only builds what we're asking for but goes above and beyond to create beautiful, exciting designs that are always received very well with high engagement from our employees.
        Cons:
        The only thing I can think of is maybe having more regular access to new features available through Attollo. But they do send a monthly update which helps keep me informed.

        Attollo is the support behind support staff

        They have really been the backbone of content management and connection. Every time we need a new widget, page, feature or tag they have not only assisted but helped pave the way for future organization and automation. I've really enjoyed working with them and hope to work with them again in the future.

        From an internal business standpoint, I've found it very easy to take an idea from a member on the C Suite level and come to Attollo to collaborate how to logistically implement. They are very knowledgeable and creative but also are collaborative and able to pivot to business needs. They are the backbone of support needed to take ideas to reality.
        Cons:
        Sharepoint Classic has a lot of annoying quirks but I think that's really a reflection on Sharepoint classic more than anything. Attollo has been great to help navigate around that.

        An intuitive & flexible intranet platform from a supportive & collaborative vendor

        The Attollo intranet platform has given the client a great base to improve communications across the organisation as they continue to grow. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Attollo to clients in the future or to work with the team again.

        The Attollo platform has a great mix of out of the box and customisable features, which meant the platform could be quickly configured to give business stakeholders a view of what was possible, but also that any change requests could usually be easily implemented. The intranet looks great and has really helped to develop the client's brand and internal image. The Attollo team were responsive and helpful throughout the project and reacted professionally to a range of requests from the client. A number of industry / organisation specific enhancements to the base product were reasonably priced and delivered to the agreed time and budget. There are also opportunities to develop further integrations with Microsoft products (e.g. Teams, Power Automate) in the future and I expect the Attollo team to be a valuable source of professional services expertise in building this out.
        Cons:
        The only challenge the Attollo product caused was creating a need for new content to be produced across the organisation! As stated above where there were gaps in functionality, the team were able to develop the functionality required and / or make sensible suggestions for alternative methods of meeting requirements.
