Don't rely on the balances

For me, this was pure stress, because you couldn't rely on the balances at all

Pros:

The Planning was good and the possibility to see the history by due date

Cons:

almost every day there were new calculation errors, often due to new updates. We did not have the opportunity to correct the calculations ourselves in this system and were always dependent on the poor customer service
