Pros:
I LOVE how it lets me do what I want with my pdfs. Also, in my job I am getting quite a feew documents that require signatures and this way I just sign electronically and then print it already signed to give to my clients. Its really good for my electronic signature too when I email official docuemnts.
Cons:
For what I use it I don't have any complaints, I use their pdf editor too so this was the obvious choice.

Reasons for switching to Nitro Sign

I got their pdf editor, found it amazing and decided to add the signature subscription since otherwise I had to keep switching. Also, I use it for work and they made the switch so I just had to go with it.

Overall experience has been satisfactory. There have been some issues a couple of time (workflow got stuck and emails were not being sent). The issues have been resolved quite quickly but when working with deadlines such problems can have grave consequences. I hope those kinds of problems will not occur too often.

Pros:
The possibility to chose from different signing methods is very convenient. Also initiation of a workflow is very easy and intuitive.
Cons:
I really miss a dashboard to be able to see the current situation and statistical information in order to analyse and base decisions upon.

We like the fact that we can send out documents to people remote and still get an official authenticated signature under our documents, that has the same validity in court as a wet-ink signature.
Cons:
Using multiple environments for different subcompanies we want to keep track of the number of signatures used in order to invoice them intercompany. Thusfar this reporting possibility is present but you have to be tech-savy to get the data you want. It would be easier if there were a GUI in the administrator part of the site which shows this data in a readable way so that accounting can get their hands on the necessary information quickly. It seems that I am mentioning this as a problem, whereas it is more of an improvement suggestion for development.
