Child Care Seer is a cloud-based solution that provides childcare centers with tools to handle and streamline various administrative processes, such as billing, class scheduling, staff management and more. Parents can use the self-service portal to track children’s daily activities, view teachers’ notes and receive notifications about upcoming events or classes.

Child Care Seer allows organizations to schedule classes on a calendar and assign them to specific teachers based on their availability status. Managers can track customers’ payment history, view their wallet balances and streamline billing and invoicing processes. We LOVE Child Care Seer

We have increased our efficiency at least 100%. The total view of the organization and then the simplified, focused view of the individual programs we manage is amazing! Unmatched technical support. Period.

Pros:

As a childcare center director, I am so glad I have a one-stop shop for managing ratios, billing, waiting lists, and staff. I love that my dashboard on Childcare Seer will notify me when a classroom is out of ratio, which has made my job so much easier!

Cons:

As a user who came into the company early, some bugs and glitches needed to be fixed, and they were! My feedback mattered, making the issues not as big of a deal in the end.

Cons:

I don't like the process it takes to get to my childs report if I do not get that email for the day as I do not have the ability to download the app.

* It fairly easy to use and learn on your own * I like that in seer I can see what a child can and cannot have * I like that I can merge the classrooms on my own so that I can see all the children in the class at that time * It isn't difficult ton use everything is clear and straight to the point

Cons:

* I personally do not like that I can't see children in the other rooms, sometimes i am not sure if its okay to merge yet because I can't see how many students they may have, so I have to go out of my way to ask the other teacher how many students they may have instead of just knowing and being able to merge.

Our software provides a choice to our schools of how they'd like to handle those fees. Some schools prefer to have some (or all) of the fees passed along to the parents, and others build it into their price. Either way, the fees are part of accepting electronic payments.

I guess, ultimately, the software gets the job done because I'm updated on my child's food, diaper changes, and milk. I also get notifications when there is an injury.

Cons:

It is not user friendly. The app malfunctions a lot. It is difficult to use.

Cloud based program. That is the best part, easily. As someone who is always on the go and moving being able to use this software from anywhere to see what is happening is real time is great.

Cons:

While I can agree this product is user friendly, I think that it could be improved upon from the staff & parent/guardian side of things.

I really like being able to view an entire class's schedule for a day, it is very helpful with staffing and if children need to shift schedules.

Cons:

The billing side can be confusing unless very thoroughly explained.

Awful for shared parenting

Nothing- this program is garbage. May as well not have it

Cons:

This doesn't work for shared parenting. Each parent should have their own account instead of this mess! Also the fees to use a card are ridiculous!
