Pros:

I liked how user-friendly it is. As an admin, it was easy to schedule classes and manage my client's accounts with vibefam!

Cons:

As vibefam is a new software, they are still building new features. However, their customer service has been excellent and assisted me whenever I needed help!

Great experience

Overall experiences have been really good, from onboarding, to migrating our customers over, it has been good. We have a dedicated WhatsApp chat with the team to get help and they have been very prompt. The support and the easy straight forward interface is what I like. And since it’s a relatively new company, we are seeing new features being rolled out, so being on Vibefam is certainly exciting and forward loooking

Pros:

I like the support given, concerns are addressed promptly and that’s important for small business. Since we work at the same timezone, that allows us to work together more efficiently. Our customers also commented that the new interface is day and night as compared to the previous platform we were using. Being simple and straightforward is definitely a strength

Cons:

To be honest, most questions I had asked before had been addressed. The whole experiences had been positive but if I were to really nitpick, I hope the app allows us to download the report directly on the phone. Currently, I can do them on the website version but it’s not a deal breaker, it’s just that I need to switch to chrome to download.

Vibefam helps us manage private sessions and small group classes in a more organised way. Compared to managing things manually before, bookings and schedules are clearer and daily admin feels more structured. What we appreciate most is the local support — the team is responsive and understands how studios like ours operate. Being part of the Vibefam community and events has also been a nice added touch

Cons:

There are no major issues for us at the moment. Our needs are quite straightforward, and the system covers what we need for daily operations. It would be great to have tips and guidance on new features too.

Easy to use, makes the entire booking process more systematic, it's clear to see the timetable for admins and clients, easy to manage staff's pay.

Sometimes it takes time to load the page, and there are times the admin got automatically signed out from the account.

Efficient customer support & simple interface

Overall time spent on administrative task has decreased, especially with the classpass integrated on Vibefam app. We are able to adjust the number of Classpass slots easily.

Pros:

Efficient customer support, simple interface that is easy to use for both consumers and owner. I like the course function where they can book for an entire course of 6 lessons directly, without having to go through the hassle of buy credits individually. I also like the integrated Classpass system where we can manage both sides on the same platform.

Cons:

Will be good if the courses allows students to use their existing credits to book. I know repeat bookings can be done on the backend, but if students can do this on their own it will be a bonus!
