Powerful Integration and Management Capabilities

Overall, my experience with OSOS ERP has been very effective. As I'm a system administrator, I have full control over user management, access permissions, and workflow configurations. This allows me to support all departments efficiently and ensure smooth operations across the organization. While some modules could be more user-friendly, the system provides strong integration and centralized management that enables me to maintain high system performance and data accuracy.

the integration between finance, procurement, and operations, with clear approval workflows and centralized data that improves reporting and decision-making.

Cons:

Some parts of the OSOS ERP are not very user-friendly, and making changes or customizations can take extra time and effort. Certain processes feel slower than expected, which sometimes impacts users and requires additional support from IT

we need more flexibility, better scalability, or functionality that aligns more closely with business processes. and we look for an ERP with a more user-friendly interface, lower licensing and maintenance costs, stronger local support, or better integration with modern technologies such as cloud services and advanced reporting tools.

eTendaring Gears Review

It serves our business and it is easy to use by both the bank staff and our supplier. As far as OSOS team conserned, they are well familiar about the product.

eTendaring module is worth its value for monry. It is a fantastic module, it meets our requirements and it makes the tendaring process so easy.

Cons:

Budget module. Although we did not use all ETP modules, but we have better Budget module than the one you have.

Supported Finance Department by handling daily transactions, including preparation of invoices, payments, and receipts.

Cons:

Handling budget control and reporting, Repeated issues, delay in solving issues some are pending since long time , some issues with assets capitalization

The most liked part of the GEARS system for me will be the Customer Support provided at any time and the reporting function of the system. Also, the system is user-friendly.

Cons:

More restrictions to proceed with certain entries.

we are using HR module which is quite easy to use. Furthermore, the customer support is excellent, in case we face any issue they resolve the same on a priority basis.

Cons:

Not so far. The product is new as we have been using gears now for 6 month.
