Hoory rocks the customer support!

Hoory helped to ease the workload of around 15 team members of the CS Department. We switch to a live chat only in case of super complicated issues.

Cons:
As I was using another such apps in the time of covid, I would say that Hoory is less expensive product and does not have any bugs yet.
