導入メリットが数値化できる

太陽光のみ設置の顧客についてはエネがえる無しでも充分営業可能だったが、太陽光＋蓄電池導入の顧客増加や、小売り電力自由化により電灯プランが増加したことで、導入メリットを数値提案することが困難になった。エネがえるテンプレートやデータ化された数値で導入メリットを伝えることにより太陽光の複合プランでの契約率が大幅にアップした。

全国各地の小売電気料金体系と太陽光発電シミュレーション数値、家庭での使用電力量から太陽光発電設置数量別のメリットや蓄電池と組み合わせた際の導入メリットが数値で表現できること。特に小売電気プランの選択においては、面倒な計算不要で最もお得なプランが選定できる。

Cons:

蓄電池の詳細設定で充放電時刻を記入してシミュレーションしているが、お客様の居住地区、使用電灯プラン、太陽光シミュレーション数値、使用電力量は入力済なので、蓄電池容量の使用率のみ入力すれば、充放電時刻を記入しなくても最も節電できる充放電時刻帯を自動計算してデータ化してくれるようになればさらに効率的にシミュレーションが可能と思う。

太陽光と蓄電池のセットで導入検討されているお客様に対して電気代の削減効果を明確に見せる事が出来る点

Cons:

PDFなどで出力される診断レポートの表紙の内容で、太陽光のkW数など入力しているにも関わらず表紙に太陽光のkWが表記されない現象を改善して欲しい。また棒グラフに採用されている色、特に自家消費に採用されている色がわかりずらいので別の色の赤などに変更して欲しい。

改善点はまだまだあるかと思いますが、頻繁にアップデートされていてユーザーの声も聞いてくださるので、今後より使用しやすくなることを期待しています。

シミュレーションが簡単に作れる点が最も優れています。また、チャットで国際航業の担当者に直接問い合わせができ返信もその日中にいただけることが多いです。

Cons:

時間帯によって電力単価が異なるプランの場合に電力使用量と電気代が大幅にずれたりなど、実態と合っていない場合がある点。多少操作が複雑になっても家に合わせて昼夜の使用電力の割合を調整出来たりと機能が増えればカバーできると思うのですが。また、どこかの設定を変えた時に大幅に経済効果が変わったりする場合にどういう理由でその数字になるのかが分からないことがあるので、お客様に説明するためにも、その数字になる根拠をもっと分かるようにしてもらえるとありがたいです。
