    Very good product. Has a lot of versatility for cards, smart phone access, cloud add, smart phone management for admin etc

    Ease of install and use. Great technical support. Parts available easily.
    Cons:
    Not readily available standard training or we dont know how to find it. Licensing for admin smart phone use (more than 1) bit complicated.

    Client product quit working. Their provider was out of business. They could not get support or upgrades

    Mostly, I like about to consistency of the system once it is running. It is very low maintenance, unless you have employees coming and going where you need to change badge names, etc.
    Cons:
    The hardest part about setup was teaching myself how to make a badge unlock a door per the schedule I wanted it to. It took some tweaking of a few things, but we managed to figure it out!

    Love the built in web server. Easy to install and add additional doors.
    Cons:
    Menus are sometimes difficult to find the iptions your looking for.

    What I like most is the tech support that comes with using an Atlas product.
    Cons:
    Complications on setting up an Atlas Access Control box, more on the technical side for example: not being able to use an HID card without sufficient knowledge of bit conversions to make it work with the ZKTeco Atlas series.

    Prior to Atlas I was using another products where it was impossible to get support and the product was primitive compared to Atlas.

    There are no cons but one feature I would like is that the ability to add batch tags.
