The platform integrates with various third-party platforms such as SAP and Oracle and offers native RDP and Citrix support. The Sherpa AI server offers large language models (LLMs), ChatGPT-style interface and supports multiple language models for tasks such as voice and image processing, all within a secure, auditable environment.

Security features include AES256 encryption, SSL/TLS 1.3 and user access controls. It also undergoes regular security audits. Sherpa RPA automates tasks such as reconciling files from 1C, SAP, and FTP, optimizing operational efficiency and managing error rates.

Pros:

the customer support when facing issues is extremely efficient. The issues I raised with the team were dealt with on the same day or sooner. The overall software is easy to understand and use, each block comes with descriptions and how best to use it.

Cons:

Some of the examples are in Russian, so native English speakers might find it hard to follow along, especially if you have never used an RPA software before
