Their team's responsiveness and overall customer support are by far the best of any software platform I've used.

Cons:

There isn't anything I don't like about SubBase. They continue to release new features and improve the platform every month but as with most customers, we always want everything now!

SubBase had a lower monthly cost, large existing materials database, and willing to be flexible with us on going month to month until we decided.

Simplicity and customer support is at the top of the list; SubBase makes material procurement easy, allows you to track orders, manage material, and keeps all record in one place.

Cons:

Better mobile access and electrical material catalog will be beneficial for our material requesters.

The reconciliation between PO and invoice and the integration with QB

Cons:

1.- Subbase does not have the option to create a PO to one vendor with multiple jobs. 2.- Subbase does not have the ability to have in one place the material for the project and track how many items are pending to buy, etc 3.- After month in closed in QB, Subbase does not sync any invoice if the month is closed. Should have the availability to sync in the current month open

Easy to use and the transparency for both the office and field staff. This improved the communication within our company. It also eliminated a lot of phone calls between our staff trying to see if material was received and where it was located.

Cons:

Like with any new software there is a learning curve. However, their staff is spot on and always willing to help when and where necessary.
